Dispatch
Orders are picked and packed at the factory within 48 hours of confirmation, Monday through Friday.
Each order is packed in cedar with a two-way 65% humidity pack inside a humidity-controlled mailer.
Transit times & rates
USPS Ground to the lower 48 states: $8.00, typically 5–9 business days.
USPS Ground to Alaska and Hawaii: $12.00, typically 7–12 business days.
Orders of $175 or more ship free anywhere in the United States.
We currently ship to the United States only.
Age verification
Fireline Reserve sells only to adults 21 and over. Every delivery requires an adult signature, and carriers will not leave a package unattended.
Arrival guarantee
If cigars arrive damaged or out of condition, send us a photo within seven days of delivery and we'll replace the affected cigars at no cost.
Unopened packs may be returned within 30 days for a refund less return shipping. Opened packs are covered by the arrival guarantee rather than a return.
Storage once they land
Rest new arrivals for about a week before judging a blend — travel unsettles tobacco.
Hold them at 65–70% relative humidity and 65–70°F. A desktop humidor or a sealed container with a 65% two-way pack works fine.
